Additional Fees and Charges

Some additional fees and charges may apply to your electricity account in certain circumstances. These charges typically relate to payment processing, account administration, or services requested by you (such as special meter reads or connection services).

Where applicable, these fees will be shown on your electricity bill. Some charges may be passed through from your electricity distributor and are outside HighFlow Energy’s control.
