- Concession card type
- Card number
- Expiry date
- Name on the card
You can provide your details by email to [email protected]

How concessions appear on your bill
Approved concessions will appear as a credit on your electricity bill.
Depending on the scheme:
- Rebates may be applied quarterly or annually
- Some rebates are applied directly by the government
- Some rebates are applied by your retailer
Concessions are applied in accordance with government rules and may not apply to all components of your plan.
Under HighFlow’s Bill-Free Allowance structure:
- Concessions generally apply to eligible electricity usage and supply charges
- Concessions may not apply to subscription fees, VPP-related charges or other non-regulated components unless permitted under the relevant scheme
Your bill will clearly show any concession credits applied.
Changes to eligibility
You must notify us if:
- Your concession card expires
- Your eligibility changes
- You move premises
If you no longer qualify, concessions will be removed in accordance with government requirements.
Concession amounts and eligibility criteria are set by the relevant state government and may change without notice.
